  Deals are really worth the stop. The store manager gave us excellent customer service. There was no unnecessary pressure to buy (which I really appreciated). We finally ended up buying a great mattress at a very very good price.

  Oh boy. You can only give 1 star and not zero, so here it goes. Walked in while sales was eating their take out dinner. Or sales and a friend, not really sure. Sorry to be the customer to interrupt, I guess. Maybe this sparked the chain of events in the next 10 minutes? John Goodman seemed ok with the interruption when we approached and stopped to help us out. He was initially cordial and helpful. He joked a little how he has a famous name. We did find some mattresses we liked within a few minutes. He gave me the price and said there is free delivery. So I explained the where and how of my mattress needs. Not a local delivery. He started saying something how he was the #2 in the company and makes millions. And just tonight, he happens to be on the floor selling mattresses. I thought he was just doing some light joking. Then he said "This is the point where I'm supposed to start cutting prices for you, but I can't, the product is a fixed price." I wasn't trying to get him to knock down the price, so I didn't immediately follow. I actually said simply "what?" I just wanted to think about the purchase. This is where he started going absolutely non-linear. He said "why aren't you buying this right now?" "Why did we go this far if you weren't going to buy right now?" I was shocked. This was literally 10 minutes in the store. He was so rude to me, barking at me, my wife, and son like this. I was stunned. My wife said, if the price is fixed, won't it be the same tomorrow? Then he says, "No the price is going up tomorrow". He began attacking us in the course of 10 minutes. I was absolutely stunned. Unbelievable how he started this tact for us not immediately buying this mattress. Don't go to this store. Stay away!
