  On Jan 20th I placed an online "thank you" arrangement order request that needed urgent delivery before 5pm. I called the store...failed to get the name of the guy who answered, but he went above and beyond in getting my order in and delivered as I requested. Being that Fridays are their busiest days, He and the delivery person made this happen! I was overjoyed and pleased with their customer service and speedy delivery! I'd send you a thank you arrangement but that would be silly! I just hope your boss recognizes what great employees they have!

  Really disappointed. I know that I ordered the small but there isn't much fruit at all in this. The picture online looks much fuller even for the small. I just expected more for something that cost over $60. Also, it wasn't even delivered until 2.5 hours after the store closed and my friend is less than 10 mins away from the store. I love edible arrangements, however I will not be ordering through this store again.

  Called them today from the East Coast for an arrangement for my daughter in San Mateo and everything went smoothly. I ordered on line and followed up with a phone call to make sure they got the order. So, no problems at all!
