  Reserved an item online, got email that item was ready for pickup, went to store...and associate couldn't locate the item. Waited while she searched for it during new year's eve. No luck. Finally, store manager saw me standing there and asked what was going on. He goes and finds the item in the store. Wasted 15 mins. of my time because they weren't prepared!

  I found & bought most of what I was shopping for today. Antonio, helped me by ordering a shower caddy that I want, but was not on display! He was personable & calm too! Great job Antonio! The cashier was pleasant.
