    The manager who doesnt treat employees and customers fairly should not be a manager. I had very bad experience with Carmen who is a manager there and odbsered how rude she was toward one of the emoployees there. How she create a team if she is rude! She shouldnt be working there or be a manager if she doesnt know how to treat employees.
